Mom & Me
A 45 minute class with parent
participation for boys and girls 18 to 36 months. This class is designed to
introduce basic coordination and motor skills to the student not yet ready
to leave Mom.

Pre-School Gymnastics
Two Classes are
available for Pre-School Gymnastics, The Tiny Tots & The Monkey Gym.
Tiny Tots
45 minute class for boys and
girls 3-4 years of age. This program will focus on age appropriation
preparatory skills, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination on all
gymnastics events.

Monkey Gym
A
50 minute class for boys and girls 4 - 5 years of age,
too advanced for preschool gymnastics but not ready yet for recreational
classes. This program is designed to make the transition from preschool
gymnastics to recreational gymnastics easier.

Recreational
Gymnastics
For boys and girls 5 and older.
This program is designed for kids to learn basic gymnastics skills on
all gymnastics events from the beginner to the advanced levels. Classes are
offered for each age group in each level. Focus of this program is advance
development of strength, flexibility and coordination for a
combination of skills performed on each apparatus.

Competitive
Gymnastics
We offer a competitive program for girls 6 and older who have completed
recreational gymnastics and are ready to coordinate skills into simple
routines. This program has a variety of benefits for each individual and
prepares gymnasts for competition.
Competitive gymnastics is by invitation only.
